Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $9.95 per order, and U.S. orders over $150 ship free. International rates are flat per order:

• Canada — $20
• Europe — $30
• Rest of world — $45

Your rate is shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address, before any payment is taken. The free-shipping threshold applies to U.S. orders only.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

All vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried), vacuum-sealed, and shipped in discreet, temperature-conscious packaging to protect product integrity in transit.

Carriers & delivery

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

International orders, customs & duties

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): the rate you pay us covers carriage only. Any import duties, taxes, and customs or brokerage fees charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient, and are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority before delivery.

Import rules for research materials vary by country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the products they order may lawfully be imported into their destination country before placing an order. If a shipment is delayed, refused, returned, or seized by customs, we are unable to refund or replace it.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. If tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days, email [email protected].

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, reach out within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll make it right.
