We want you to be confident in every order. Because our products are research materials, the policy below balances customer protection with product safety and integrity.
Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or it does not arrive, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Returns of unopened products
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
For safety and contamination reasons, opened or unsealed vials, reconstituted products, and bacteriostatic water cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or an equivalent method where the original cannot be refunded) within 5–10 business days.
