International Shipping

We ship research peptides worldwide from Miami, Florida. Rates are flat by region, calculated at checkout as soon as you enter a delivery address — there is no quote to request and no minimum order.

Rates

Destination Shipping Typical transit
United States — all 50 states $9.95, free over $150.00 2–5 business days
Canada $20.00 6–12 business days
Europe — including the UK, Switzerland and Norway $30.00 7–14 business days
Rest of the world — Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Latin America and elsewhere $45.00 8–18 business days

Transit times are carrier estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and exclude customs clearance. Orders are dispatched from Miami within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.

How international orders are packed

Peptides ship lyophilized — freeze-dried to a solid powder, sealed under vacuum. In that state they are far more tolerant of time and temperature than a reconstituted solution, which is what makes long-haul shipping viable at all. Vials travel in insulated packaging with a cold pack, individually cushioned, in a plain outer box with no product or company branding on the label.

If a cold pack arrives thawed, the material is normally unaffected — lyophilized peptide is stable at ambient temperature for the length of a typical transit. Refrigerate on arrival, and store at −20°C (−4°F) for long-term use.

Customs, duties and taxes

Every international parcel is declared accurately as laboratory research chemicals, at value, with the applicable HS code. We do not under-declare shipments or mark them as gifts.

Any import duty, VAT, GST or customs handling fee is the responsibility of the recipient and is charged by your own customs authority, not by us — it is not included in the shipping rate above. Thresholds vary widely: the EU applies VAT from the first euro, the UK from £135, Canada from CAD $20, Australia applies GST above AUD $1,000. Check your own rules before ordering.

Research materials are regulated differently in every country, and some destinations restrict import outright. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a compound may lawfully be imported for research use in their jurisdiction before ordering. We cannot advise on local law, and a parcel seized or refused by customs is not refundable.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. The number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched. International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit between carriers or held for clearance — that gap is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If something arrives damaged

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the vial and packaging. A vial that arrives broken or with a compromised seal is replaced or refunded. Full terms are on our returns page.

Quality is the same wherever it ships

Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory before release, and every certificate is published in full — purity, identity, net content, lot number and the raw chromatogram. Same material, same testing, same documentation, regardless of destination.

Common questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide from Miami, Florida. Canada is $20.00, Europe including the UK is $30.00, and everywhere else is $45.00 flat. There is no minimum order and no quote to request — the rate appears at checkout once you enter a delivery address.

How much is shipping to the UK?

$30.00 flat, the same as the rest of Europe, typically 7–14 business days from dispatch. UK VAT and any customs handling fee are charged separately by HMRC on import and are not included in that rate.

How much is shipping to Canada?

$20.00 flat, typically 6–12 business days from dispatch. Canadian duty and GST/HST are charged separately on import by CBSA and are not included.

Is shipping free?

Within the United States, yes on orders over $150.00; under that it is $9.95. International orders are charged the flat regional rate — $20.00 to Canada, $30.00 to Europe, $45.00 elsewhere.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

Possibly, depending on your country and the order value. Import duty, VAT or GST is charged by your own customs authority and is the recipient's responsibility — it is not included in our shipping rate. We declare all parcels accurately as laboratory research chemicals at value and do not mark shipments as gifts.

How are peptides kept cold over a long shipment?

They ship lyophilized — freeze-dried and vacuum-sealed — which is stable at ambient temperature for the length of a normal transit. Vials travel in insulated packaging with a cold pack. A thawed cold pack on arrival does not mean the material is compromised. Refrigerate on arrival and store at −20°C (−4°F) long term.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Parcels ship in a plain outer box with no product names, no company branding and no indication of the contents on the outside. The customs declaration, which is required to be accurate, describes the contents as laboratory research chemicals.

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave Miami within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. From dispatch: 2–5 business days in the US, 6–12 to Canada, 7–14 to Europe, and 8–18 elsewhere. Customs clearance can add time beyond that and is outside our control.

Research use only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary use. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the import and handling rules of their own jurisdiction.
